Returns the monitors in your organization as {items, next_cursor}. The cursor is opaque. Every monitor currently fits in one page, but follow next_cursor until it is null rather than assuming a single page. Each monitor includes its notification_channels (email and Slack recipients); set them with Update monitor notifications.
Enum fields such as cost_type, detection_type, and threshold.operator are documented with their current values, but tolerate values not listed here, since v2 can add new ones.
